About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PCPlus Networks, your mission is to fuel our growth by supporting our senior sales repsfinding, qualifying, and booking appointments with the right prospects.

What Youll Do

Make 100+ outbound calls per day (500 per week) with at least 5 focused hours of dialing daily.

Secure at least 8 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers.

Show up consistently and work a full 8-hour day on-site (this is not a remote position).

Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and schedule consultations with Senior Advisors.

Execute outbound call campaigns with discipline, using established cadences and scripts.

Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records for all calls, appointments, and lead status updates.

Confirm, concierge, and reschedule appointments as needed to maximize sit rate and follow-up.

Send pre-meeting materials to scheduled prospects and follow the process to the letter.

Participate in daily huddles and weekly sales meetings to share progress, brainstorm, and get support.

Actively participate in team training, book clubs, and internal learning opportunities.

Stay up to date on all mailings, promotions, and messaging to confidently speak with prospects.

Support sales and marketing initiatives such as events and campaigns when needed.

What Success Looks Like

Book 8+ qualified meetings per month.

Maintain a 65%+ show rate for scheduled appointments.

Make a minimum of 100 dials per day.

Keep CRM activity and reporting up to date by Friday each week.

What Were Looking For

12 years of experience in outbound sales, phone-based prospecting, or appointment setting.

Strong communication skillsconfident on the phone and clear in writing.

Grit, coachability, and a drive to learn and grow.

A proactive, team-first mindsetsomeone who shows up, owns their role, and brings energy daily.

Experience using CRM tools and dialers is a plus.
