Building Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria

Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks

Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction

Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff

Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hoursQualifications:

Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills

You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Experience with facilities management software is preferred

Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GEDAbout Company
