What You Bring to the Table: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.

3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

️ 2+ years of leadership experience, guiding and mentoring direct reports.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

(Visa sponsorship not available). ITAR compliance required (U.S.

Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee). Preferred Qualifications (Boost Your Edge!): Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical background a huge plus!

Experience in a unionized workplace.

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements.

Lean Manufacturing (ABS) experience for driving continuous improvement.
