This position will supervise a test team supporting multiple acquisitions of Payload capabilities. Duties will include providing expert advice and support to the government leaders and engineers on all aspects of program documentation. This position will work closely with project schedulers, assist with budget management and plan milestone events for each assigned project. This position will also be expected to assist in the preparation regular Program Management Review briefs on the status of each assigned project.
This program will design, develop, produce, and deploy new payload system suites (reentry vehicles and/or countermeasures). Key next generation payload attributes include enhancements in accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) interoperable operations. Program activities will also include the employment of digital acquisitions through the application of digital engineering, agile software development, and open systems architectures.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
10 yrs experience in direct Program Management.
Familiarity with ICBM test, nuclear test requirements.
Experience in writing test plans.
Experience with test execution plans.
Experience holding test readiness reviews, post-test reviews.
Experience with developing or creating Test and Evaluation strategies/Test and Evaluation Master Plans.
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Skills and Education
Experience testing missile systems or complex weapon system (especially ACAT I program or ICBM-related experience).
