Typical Education and Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

8+ continuous years of experience in software testing

Experience with Interface and Integration testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Rudimentary SQL and Unix experience with the desire to gain additional experience

Highly motivated in making a measurable impact with a strong commitment to producing quality work

Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of an intricate application and understanding of how its components interact

Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies

Proactive mindset, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement

Proficient in formulating clear and comprehensive test documentation

Well organized and excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrates hands-on experience and success leading test QA initiatives

Penchant for finding ways to get things done

Thrive in a dynamic environment that requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues

Needs little to no supervision

Preferred Skills and Education

Experience with agile scrum methodologies and being a part of a scrum team

Passionate about agile testing and continuous improvement in the context of application lifecycle management

Experience with HR - Enterprise Resource Planning or Human Capital Management systems

Knowledge or experience in Infor Lawson software
