DUTIES: Partner with Wealth Management and Retail Banking product, technology, design and data leadership team, along with cross- functional partners to conduct research and analysis to develop the strategic product roadmap. Conduct user interviews and document task flows. Identify any problem areas that represent product opportunities and refine personas. Define solution scope and develop high-level use cases. Collaborate with teams to break initiatives and features into epics, user stories and technical tasks. Refine epics, user stories and technical tasks covering functional and non-functional requirements including designing API interfaces to meet business needs. Ensure acceptance criteria is defined to cover standard, alternate and exception scenarios. Collaborate with leadership to drive quarterly and sprint-level priorities and external dependencies. Participate in retrospectives and drive continuous improvements across all phases of the Agile product delivery lifecycle. Identify and drive resolution of blockers impeding the team's ability to deliver. Monitor integrated QA testing and drive defect resolution leading up to Production deployment. Develop comprehensive UAT plans. Execute UAT and Production Validation to ensure high- quality delivery. Develop internal and external customer rollout plans and manage rollout execution.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any), Business Management, Technology, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation. This position requires experience with the following: Performing research and analysis to identify Wealth Management and Banking product opportunities through customer interviews, user surveys, industry and market trends and competitive intelligence; Condensing research findings into an actionable product roadmap and collaborating with product, design, technology and data leadership to build support and alignment; Structuring and executing vendor evaluations covering business and technical criteria to deliver recommendations to leadership; Documenting user personas, use cases, process documentation, epics, user stories, technical tasks and acceptance criteria; Structuring and delivering presentations to internal senior partners; Synthesizing competing priorities among senior business and technology cross-functional stakeholders to achieve consensus on product roadmaps and delivery plans; leading Agile-based products and managing work in JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams; Leading the development of comprehensive customer rollout plans for large-scale Wealth Management and Retail Banking products covering product, technology, operations and marketing objectives; Developing comprehensive test plans covering functional and non-functional requirements; Managing complex cross-product dependencies to achieve delivery objectives; Designing APIs and evaluating and implementing vendor SDKs for large-scale Wealth Management and Retail Banking products.
