Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Morrisville, NC! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: 145 Rosemary St, Needham, MA 02494

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17 - 21/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood draws

Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established lab procedures

Greet patients and explain procedures while maintaining professionalism

Maintain records and documentation as per regulatory and lab standards

Uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Float coverage as needed, including flexibility for OT and weekends (if required)

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
