Retail Home Design Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team and selling both design services and retail products.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of retail sales workers and selling both design home design services and retail products

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in home retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills

Hourly plus commission and stock options in company after one year. Benefits after one year.
