PRODUCTION WORKER

Job Description

- Work on the production assembly line.

- Understanding of the mechanics of the product

- Attention to detail to build correctly and to pick up any faults.

- Physically demanding job as some lifting is required.

- Flexibility to work in other departments as required.

- To attend training and seminars as and when required. Any other jobs around the factory that may be deemed necessary.

- Be aware of health and safety standards; along with the understanding of dignity and diversity in the workplace.

- Good personal hygiene and a tidy and appropriate dress sense uniform will be provided that you will be required to wear.

- Punctuality and reliability are very important.

- Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health.

- Keen attention to detail, methodical work practice, organized, reliable and motivated.

- Good personal skills and physical fitness is required as this job will require some manual lifting.

- This role will involve repetitive work with some machines being manually operated.

Qualifications/Requirements

● Male

● High School Graduate

● With Experience as machine operator or production worker

● With TESDA Certificate if available

● With certificate of Employment

● Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

● Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health.

● Experience of working within the heavy industry / Construction preferred but not essential.

● Must be within 45 minutes’ travel time going to the plant/main office.

● Willing to work in a shifting schedule including Sundays and Holidays.
