The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in the design process, working on a wide range of projects—from commercial and hospitality to multifamily and mixed-use developments.

We’re seeking someone with exceptional graphic and visualization skills—someone who can clearly communicate design ideas through compelling, visually sophisticated presentations. You’ll collaborate with senior designers, principals, and clients to transform ideas into buildable, beautiful spaces.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the design team to develop impactful commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects

Create design concepts using hand sketches, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp

Produce high-quality graphics, diagrams, and renderings for presentations and city entitlements

Prepare and present design documents for client and municipal review

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal team members throughout the design process

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and internal quality standards

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a portfolio or clear examples of recent design work.

If your portfolio includes team projects, please clearly identify your individual contributions.

We are specifically looking for:

Strong graphic design and visual storytelling

High-quality architectural renderings and presentation materials

Revit-based drawing sets or 3D visualizations demonstrating your capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited institution

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on design and graphics

Fluency in Autodesk Revit and proficiency with Lumion, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

Excellent design sensibility and the ability to communicate spatial ideas in 3D

Effective verbal and visual communication skills for working with clients and collaborators

Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods

Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
