Information Systems Analyst

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Senior Information Systems Analyst. The Senior Information Systems Analyst (SISA) will perform specialized information systems analysis and will provide expertise in one or more areas of systems analysis. The SISA may act as a team leader, coordinator, lead a project team, or provide expertise in information systems analysis, including definition of user requirements, feasibility studies, design, program specifications, testing, and implementation. The SISA will also assist project managers in the development of project plans and system integration test plans for new systems or complex enhancements to existing systems. The SISA will monitor application systems functionality and participate in development of management procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have background in design methodology, as well as the ability to use and apply intentional design processes that include research, ideation, and delivery with key stakeholders, including public health field staff. Ideally, they will also have experience in designing and delivering impactful public sector programs or services.

The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 12/31/25 with potential renewal.

Pay Rate-

$68.73/hr working 40 hours a week

Job Duties

Guiding the transformation team, together with collaborators in the county, through an innovation process, including research, synthesis and framework development, idea generation, prototyping, and testing solutions to improve disease control service delivery and usability of informatics tools.

Running 1-1 user interviews and develop frameworks like journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem maps that help clarify complex challenges in human behavior, relationships, workflow, and processes.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field and two (2) years of recent, full-time, paid experience in information systems analysis and design in a centralized information technology organization-OR-

Three (3) years of recent, full-time, paid experience in information systems analysis and design in a centralized information technology organization.
