Digital Marketing Manager
Reports To: VP of MarketingType: Full-time
Location: Hybrid Remote within commuting distance of Chicago, Dallas and Irvine for in-person meetings when necessary.
You're not here to "run some ads." You're here to own digital. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take the wheel on our client's brand websites and drive performance across every digital touchpoint.
This isn't a checkbox gig. We need a strategic operator who's fluent in the levers that move digital business forward-UX, SEO, SEM, content, and analytics and knows how to squeeze performance out of every click, visit, and scroll.
What You'll Own:
Website Performance - Oversee content, UI/UX, SEO, and web analytics. You'll lead a third-party agency but call the shots.
Search Strategy - Execute search optimization plans and paid SEM campaigns that push our products to the top.
Analytics & Insights - Monitor what matters, kill what doesn't. Google Analytics and beyond.
Campaign Execution - Run email, nurture, and post-purchase campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
Cross-Functional Impact - Collaborate across IT, Sales, and Product to align marketing with revenue.
Content Accuracy & Appeal - Own product copy, visuals, and metadata across all platforms. What You Bring:
A degree in Marketing, Business, IT or the equivalent grit and experience.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, especially SEO/SEM and analytics.
Experience with PIMs, CRMs (Hubspot and/or others), and Excel.
A sharp eye, a fast pace, and an instinct for when to act without asking. What We Offer:
