POSITION SUMMARY

Under general supervision and following established procedures, provides general pricing, costing information to clients and appropriate support staff and sales.

All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the Company's Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers.

Pay/Schedule

$24.00/hour - $32.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

Provide broad and detailed pricing information to sales and appropriate sales support staff.

Provide, develop, manage vendor resource list in coordination with purchasing.

Contact vendors to negotiate and generate outside pricing.

Input, manage and transfer as needed cost and price data in internal software systems (Excel, Imaginera). Keep appropriate parties apprised of current pricing information.

Determine pricing, costs of lamination, die-cutting, folding/gluing and assembly. Maintain the information in appropriate systems.

Participates in appropriate meetings and team meetings as necessary.

Respond to and expedite as needed all questions generated from sales, sales support, manufacturing or other departments

Work requires general supervision on projects and tasks.

Develops and maintains proficient working knowledge of products and services to support staff and customers.

Provides support for Purchasing department as directed.

Performs a variety of miscellaneous job-related tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time by a Management Representative.
