CNC Programmer - Gibbscam OR Mastercam

Job Description

CNC Programmer

Location: Woburn, MA Type: 9+ contract

What You’ll Do

Program complex parts and fixtures using Gibbscam or Mastercam

Develop processes for multi-axis parts (Mill-Turn or 5-Axis)

Design fixtures and workholding solutions

Run machine simulation to ensure collision-free code

Assist in quoting and provide DFM feedback

Support NPI and continuous improvement initiatives

Occasionally set up and run CNC mills/lathes

What You Need

3+ years of CAD/CAM programming experience

3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience

Expertise in Gibbscam or Mastercam (required)

Strong understanding of GD&T

Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills

Bonus Points

Mill-Turn experience highly preferred

Exposure to EDM a plus
