About This Role:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding our vendor relationships within the specialized lending industry. The position is also responsible for maintaining loan products, policies, and procedures within USA Specialty Lending, a specialized lending division within USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union. USA Specialty Lending currently offers Financing Programs for Aircraft, Marine, Motorized RV and Specialty (Classic/Exotic) Auto marketplaces. This position will require travel up to 10% including participation in related industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and strengthen existing broker relationships, ensuring seamless communications and collaboration to maximize loan referrals.
Identify, evaluate and onboard new, meaningful referral sources. Employee will be responsible for onboarding at least two (2) new self-sourced qualified vendors per year.
Track and assess vendor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and business optimization.
Complete vendor/broker due diligence for new referral sources and maintain compliance with vendor management procedures for active sources, including but not limited to annual risk assessments, COI tracking and review.
Oversight and dissemination of new USA Specialty Lending Programs, Product Info, Procedures, Policies and Pricing (rate sheets).
Develop and manage initiatives to expand product offering within existing Specialty Lending Programs and identify/assess new market opportunities complimentary to current offering.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the competitive marketplace and complete analysis of internal/external COF/indices in conjunction with pricing recommendations for all Specialty Lending Programs.
Create, implement, and maintain reporting on departmental Performance, Productivity & Profitability for the Director of Specialty Lending and Credit Union senior leadership.
Act as a liaison with other divisions within the Credit Union (i.e. marketing, IT, accounting, etc.) to coordinate the implementation of new products, procedures, documentation, etc.
Attending industry conferences/conventions/shows and assisting with annual budgeting.
Involvement in data gathering for internal and external audits.
Provide direct support to the Director of Specialty Lending on various departmental initiatives.
Provide / recommend any potential new specialty collateral to complete due diligence on and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis to consider financing based on USA Specialty Lending's expertise with specialty collateral. Who you are:
Proven experience in business development, vendor management, or relationship management.
Direct knowledge and experience within the direct and indirect consumer lending space. This includes basic understanding of account management, risk mitigation, underwriting, documentation, processing, and portfolio management/reporting practices.
Demonstrated leadership within a specialized lending division, with experience developing and managing loan products with a broad spectrum of assets is preferred.
Understanding of consumer and specialized asset documentation requirements.
Previous involvement with the financing of recreational assets including FAA secured aircraft, US Coast Guard documented vessels, motorized RVs and classic/exotic automobiles is preferred.
The candidate should be detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines to accomplish departmental growth and profitability goals.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong commitment to providing excellent member service.
Adhere to lending guidelines, banking statutes & regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures.
Remote employees will be expected to make routine visits to the Clearwater, FL office. What We Offer:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $82,915.00 - $105,716.63, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
