Pay Range: $55/hour to $59.91/hour

Description

Weâ re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our client's Product Education team. In this role, youâ ll design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our construction management software. The primary goal of this role is to create user-centered designs that simplify complex workflows and enhance user satisfaction.

As a UX/UI Designer, youâ ll partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions. Use your user-centric design, visual design, and problem-solving skills to create impactful and delightful experiences. Responsibilities:

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the product development process.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies. Requirements for the Role:

3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
