Part-Time Medical Lab Scientist Napoleon, OH

Connected Health Care is seeking a Part-Time Medical Laboratory Scientist to join the clinical laboratory team at one of our trusted partner facilities in Napoleon, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for a certified lab professional looking for flexible scheduling and meaningful work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across all major lab sections including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis

Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and efficiency

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment

Perform quality control procedures and maintain documentation

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Comply with all regulatory requirements including CLIA, CAP, and OSHA standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) required

Ohio CLS/MLT license (if applicable)

Previous experience preferred, but strong new grads are encouraged to apply
