The City of Schenectady is now accepting applications for the position of Assistant Solid Waste Supervisor in the Waste Department.
The annual salary is $64,056.

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (A) An associate's degree in Solid Waste Management Technology or a related area and two years of experience in solid waste disposal or trash collection activities; OR (B) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and four years' experience in waste disposal or trash collection activities; OR (C) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (a) and (b) above.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess a CDL driver's license issued by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles at the time of appointment.
