This is an exciting time to join our team. Headquartered in Rockland County, N.Y., we are an established, cutting-edge leader in the digital mailbox industry. Our customer base is quickly growing and we're looking for confident, upbeat, personable Customer Service professionals to support that growth in our Montebello, NY location.

We are currently seeking a Mail Center Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is part of our Mail Center Relations team and is ideal for someone who is comfortable supporting business owners via phone, chat, and email. The right candidate will be an excellent verbal and written communicator, quick-thinking, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude. *Please note this is an in-office role. Remote work is not available. There will be a two-week, paid training which starts on Day 1.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from mail center owners in a prompt and professional manner

Provide guidance in a positive, conversational, and solution-oriented tone to foster strong relationships

Build trust and sustainable partnerships through open and effective communication

Resolve service concerns by identifying the issue, explaining the best solution per iPostal1 policies, and ensuring timely resolution

Document all interactions with mail centers and escalate issues to the department manager as needed

Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies

Requirements:

Strong active listening skills

Ability to organize and manage a busy workload

Quick learner of internal systems and processes

Inquisitive and detail-oriented

Results-driven mindset

Strong work ethic

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in a service-oriented or business support role preferred
