CFO

Century Group is seeking a experienced and dynamic CFO to join their team Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $200,000 to $250,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic input and leadership on issues affecting the organization in operations and finance.

Work with the President, CEO, and Executive Team on long-term financial strategy and planning.

Manage department budgets and provide sound advice.

Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.

Work with the Director of HR to manage the financial impact of employee benefits.

Identify best practices and improve internal standard operating procedures.

Manage the Systems Department, ensuring adequate resources.

Work closely with the Director of Systems to ensure systems integration and compliance. Requirements:

Master's in Accounting, finance or related.

10+ years of professional senior experience leading finance teams in large nonprofit, philanthropic, or academic institutions.

Proficient in Word Office (Excel) and accounting software's . Experience:

Experience in the financial management and reporting of federal and foundation grants, contracts, and multi-funded projects .

Excellent analytical, communications, and presentation skills.

Extremely organized and detail-oriented. REF #48684
