Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist

Detail essential job responsibilities, requirements and key deliverables for the role: * Answer phone/email with excellence * Quote pricing and place or lookup orders for customers * Support outside sales with crossing numbers * Perform customer follow-ups * Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns * Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments * Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches * Cold-call prospects that are generated by internal sources OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Other duties or special projects as assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT: Describe work environment and business travel expectations (% of time) if applicable.

This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements.

All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Adjust as necessary: Sitting 70%, standing/walking 30%. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent.

* 3 years of experience in a sales role * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management * Minimum of 3 years of experience using computer, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
