Description
The Account Manager is responsible for growing Clear Touch business and will be responsible for engaging, driving interest and selling solutions to both end users and reseller partners. This will include activities such as trade show attendance, in person and online demonstrations, occasional product orientations, providing support as needed with reseller partners to better engage with end users.
Develop and oversee customer relations campaigns
Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions
Engage with clients and follow up with prospects
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
Manage budget and reach or exceed monthly quota as established by supervisor and management
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Attend events as needed to promote company product
Requirements
BS/BA degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Sales or other related fields
2+ years of experience in channel management, account management, sales management, key account management or similar experience
Demonstrable ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds
Valid State issued driver's license and automobile insurance
