Provide high-level administrative support to a team of professional consultants
Liaise with stakeholders including clients, employers, GPs, insurers, and consultants
Manage busy consultant calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
Handle dictaphone typing, proofing and formatting reports to a high standard
Manage outgoing correspondence and ensure timely delivery
Quote, purchase, and coordinate procurement of equipment and services
Process referrals, SDPs, funding requests and related follow-up tasks
Maintain accurate data entry to meet regulatory and service level requirements
Provide general office support and ad hoc admin duties as needed
