Treasury Management Officers (TMO) will partner with ICCU Commercial Loan Officers, Business Relationship Officers and Private Client Officers, to acquire, expand and retain business members with basic and advanced cash management needs. The TMO will identify prospect/business member needs and participate in various aspects of sales and portfolio management, including sales calls and relationship reviews for business members with core and advanced treasury management needs. The TMO will also be responsible for acquiring new business deposits and retaining existing business deposits with ICCU.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with Commercial Loan Officers (CLO), Business Relationship Officers (BRO) and Private Client Officers (PCO) to manage book of business to deepen existing relationships through proactive identification of treasury management solutions to prospects and existing business members.

Develop sales approach to support revenue growth of treasury services.

Maintain and develop a strong network and pipeline, to include sourcing independent treasury opportunities in assigned region. Expand and develop account relationships through business development, and community involvement.

Coordinate the set-up, pricing and delivery of treasury and payment solutions when working with the CLO, BRO, and PCO in respective regions.

Conduct quarterly internal training sessions on product changes and Treasury Management services with line of business partners.

Lead effective relationship reviews identifying additional opportunities to expand services and revenue.

Meet or exceed Treasury Management sales goals by directly selling ICCU business products and services to new and existing business members; develop new commercial, public sector, and non-profit account relationships.

Ensure understanding and compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

Represent Idaho Central Credit Union, developing new leads and promoting a favorable image in all business activities in the community.

Leverage opportunities to educate both line of business and business members on basic and advanced treasury management solutions to enhance expertise on working capital.

Act with sense of urgency to respond to business member and line of business requests to maximize trusted advisor status.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or similar Treasury Management work experience. Proven track record of success in a business member focused environment with focused sale/service goals. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule Mon-Fri and occasional weekends. Strong financial acumen including the ability to read and understand income statements. Exceptional negotiating and closing skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively utilize consultative and strategic solution selling skills and deliver products and services based on identified value proposition.

Performance Standard:

Good interpersonal relations and a cooperative and positive attitude towards members and staff. Ability to determine member needs and cross sell Credit Union services. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to work under pressure and conflicting situations. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

Physical Requirements:

Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).

Sit for extended periods of time.

Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.

Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.

Reach keyboards.

Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
