We hire talented, motivated, fun and friendly people, and are currently looking to fill the position of Accounts Payable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely manner, ensuring proper GL coding and adherence to internal controls.

Enter invoices into Oracle ERP system; validate against POs and delivery receipts as required.

Manage the weekly payment process, including check runs, ACH payments, and vendor correspondence.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems for accounts payable documentation.

Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to payables.

Provide backup support to team members within the AP department.

Participate in cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and accuracy in AP processes.

Maintain strict confidentiality with financial data and vendor information.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of general ledger coding and invoice matching procedures.

Familiarity with ERP systems; Oracle experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience with AP automation tools is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
