Job Title:Senior Software/. Net Developer- School and District Improvement

Required skills:
Minimum of a bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, or other related field, such as accounting or mathematics, and a minimum of eight years of professional work experience in computer programming.
Minimum of eight years of hands-on full-stack developer experience, with knowledge and utilization of the skillsets listed below during any duration of the eight years.
-ASP.Net Core 3.x
-ASP.Net Framework 4.x
-ASP.Net Web Forms
-Entity Framework (or EFCore)
-JavaScript - Any Major Framework (Vue, React, Angular)
-SQL Server 2008+
-T-SQL
-Visual Basic / C#
-APIs
-Identity Server or other use of OAuth2 principle
The candidate with a minimum of eight years of experience as a full-stack developer on large-scale IT development experience.At least two of the eight years must be performed at a senior level with consecutive years' experience with the same employer/project. A successful candidate will have proven senior-level experience with:
-Leading projects.
-Mentoring peers and delegating tasks.
-Communication skills, particularly with developers and non-technicalstakeholders.
-Gathering and understanding technical requirements.
-Planning, coding, and executing complex projects.
-In-depth knowledge on full-stack development.
-In-depth technical skillset.
At least four years of experience using Agile software development cycles leveraging TFS/Azure DevOps.
The Vendor must provide a candidate with a minimum of five years of work experience in a senior developer role working on projects related to School Improvement Funding, Title I School Improvement Continuation and Planning grant requirements, financial forecasts, and school funding for a large-scale project at a State Education Agency.
