THE POSITION:
STACK is looking for a Workday System Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong prior Workday experience and be comfortable working across Human Resource functions. Dedicated to continual learning, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working across teams with an eye on functionality, user experience, and opportunities for AI utilization.
Support implementation and project management of Workday solution deployment alongside internal teams and 3rd party vendors
Continually monitor and deploy updates to functionality, focusing on user experience
Provide timely support to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across Workday HCM, including payroll, benefits, ATS, LMS utilizing Workday integration tools
Deploy, monitor, and support integrations across internal and external systems utilizing Workday Studio and Web Services
Proactively monitor and support feature and functionality enhancements, including AI deployments alongside internal and external teams
Review and recommend best practices for data management and enhancement
Support Workday Extend applications and integrations
Assist users in navigating general HCM functionalities within Workday
Support training efforts for internal stakeholders on Workday processes and reporting
THE DETAILS:
Location: Denver, CO
Travel: Minimal, less than 10%
Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 per year + bonus
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must pass comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years’ experience building and supporting Workday integrations
2+ years’ experience with Workday Studio, Workday HCM, REST API, Workday Business Processes, Workday Report Writer
Understanding and experience supporting or working within HR functional areas (benefits, payroll, onboarding, recruiting, learning)
Workday HCM Core Certification strongly preferred
