Intake Specialist

Job Description

LOCATION:Beverly Hills, CA

PAY RANGE:$25 - $30/hr(Up to $35/hr with proper experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engaging in all facets of the intake process from initial inquiry to client retention

Answering inbound phone calls from prospective clients while providing stella customer service

Performing unbiasedscreening to gather facts and assess the strength and weakness of potential cases

Scheduling appointments and coordinating execution of the retainer packages

Obtaining evidencefrom prospective clients in regal time, including paystubs, communications and other relevantdocuments

Computer and typing literacy, as the candidate will be utilizing a user friendlycase management intake software

REQUIREMENT AND PREFERENCES:

1 Year intake specialistswith law firm

Knowledge of Personal Injury Law

Bilingual - English and Spanish(Must Have)

Good communication skills, positive attitude, self motivated and willing to adapt

Computer literate - Office 365, Adobe, WindowsOS

Full-time
