$50,000Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, complaints, and briefs

Purpose: To support the litigation process and ensure accurate and timely filings

Conduct legal research and analysis on case law and statutes

Purpose: To provide attorneys with relevant information for case preparation

Manage and organize case files and evidence

Purpose: To maintain a systematic approach to case management and trial preparation

Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel

Purpose: To facilitate smooth flow of information and updates on case developments

Assist in trial preparation and attendance during court proceedings

Purpose: To support attorneys during trial and ensure all necessary materials are readyQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field

2+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal

Proficiency in legal research and writing

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
