Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, primarily via phone
Actively engage with incoming leads and convert them into active traders
Guide clients through the account setup, deposit, and withdrawal processes
Assist clients with inquiries related to trading platforms, tools, and services
Provide professional support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Forex sales or financial market sales – required
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills – must
Strong interpersonal skills and confident phone presence
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role in Forex, CFD, or financial brokerage
Multilingual skills are a plus
