Digital Printing Production Manager

Job Description

The Production Manager is in charge of coordinating digital printing production, including employees, workflow, equipment and technology. Experience in operating Konica and Xerox printers is required. This is not a Graphic Designer position.

Primary responsibilities include:

managing production team and processes (file submission, proofing digital printing, bindery, vendor management)

performing QA on the finished products before shipping

working in all production areas as needed

maintaining inventory of paper & other production supplies

ensuring maintenance of all production equipment & technology

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast paced digital production environment where flexibility, attention to detail and organization are essential. He/she will work with many different customers and must reflect our company standards of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required as well as prior experience in the production of printed materials.
