Job Summary: The Business Development Executive is a key role in driving growth and expanding Agile Private Enterprise LLC's client base. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and market trends in key industries such as healthcare, legal, and education.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and using digital platforms to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs and present Agile Private Enterprise LLC’s range of services, including DNA and DOT drug testing.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns to foster repeat business.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and service offerings.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor sales metrics, track performance against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Utilize CRM software to manage leads, document client interactions, and streamline sales processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting technical individual, looking to start and advance a career with the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in healthcare, IT consulting, or compliance services.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with new contacts regularly.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM CST – 5:00 PM CST
