Job Summary:

As an admin treasury, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the treasury team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, such as payments, invoices, and receipts.

Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring all documentation is properly filed and stored.

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Liaising with various internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and provide necessary financial information.

Assisting in the management of cash flow and forecasting.

Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts.

Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.

Providing general administrative support to the Treasury team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.

Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
