Job Description
Position Summary:
The Systems Administrator will work primarily on IT projects but will also be a secondary point of contact for technology related requests of all severity, complexity and urgency. This role will receive requests escalated to them by Level I and II Technicians as well as requests submitted by clients via a helpdesk system, e-mail, telephone and verbal communications. The Systems Administrator is responsible for escalating requests beyond their skillset to management and for ensuring requests are resolved in a timely manner to adhere to service level agreements.

AWS and Azure
Email Migrations
Servers
Enterprise: Firewalls, WiFi, VPN, Routers
Cybersecurity
Ticketing Systems (a plus)
