Job Summary :
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint
3. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
4. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills : Average communication skills
Qualification : HSC/Graduate
Experience : Fresher/Experience.
