Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional - Hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Payroll and Core HR modules.(80% developing +20% functional )

This is a hybrid position in Alpharetta, GA/ Oakland, CA/ Rancho Cordova, CA, with a heavy development focus, requiring strong hands-on experience with data loaders, fast formulas, and integrations.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience with Oracle Core Cloud HCM (must-have)

Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll module

Hands-on experience with:

HCM Data Loader (HSDL)

Payroll Batch Loader (PBL)

Fast Formulas

Reports & Integrations (BI, OTBI, HDL-based)

Functional knowledge across Payroll and HCM

Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams.
