Royal Oak Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor. Applicants must be detail oriented with strong customer satisfaction and communication skills. Ford and CDK experience a plus but not required. You will be responsible for our customer's service experience, from greeting vehicle owners on the drive lane to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals. We offer excellent pay and benefits. Service Advisors are UAW represented.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
