Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Valid state certification or license in School Psychology
Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in crisis intervention and providing support to students and staff

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide diagnostic evaluations.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions.
Provide counseling and psychological support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of tailored educational plans.
Deliver professional development workshops for staff regarding mental health and wellness.
Engage in crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
