CNC Router Operator- Wood (Anderson/Rover/Biesse)- Second Shift

2nd Shift- Mondays through Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 5:30am (Thursdays are overtime during the busy season)Why You’ll Love Working With Us:Work with state-of-the-art CNC routing equipment, including Anderson, Thermwood, and Biesse machines.Be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where your skills and ideas matter.Competitive pay with opportunities for growth and advancement.Hands-on work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Comprehensive training and development programs.What You’ll Be Doing:Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC wood routing machines to create precision-engineered products.Performing quality control inspections to ensure top-tier craftsmanship.Accurately tracking production data to keep operations running smoothly.Collaborating with an energetic team to meet and exceed production goals.Performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance on machines to keep them in peak condition.What We’re Looking For:1–2 years of CNC Router machining experience (3-axis) – experience with wood fabrication is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read blueprints and production documents with precision.Solid math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.Strong communication and teamwork skills – we’re all in this together.Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
