Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support for a SIM card service catering to Filipino workers in Israel. The ideal candidate is experienced in both customer service and sales, and is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism
Offer product guidance and promote SIM card services, plans, and promotions
Upsell or cross-sell services to maximize customer value and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and sales – required
High-level proficiency in both English and Tagalog – required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using messaging platforms and CRM systems
Willingness to work with time zones relevant to customers in Israel
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting telecom or mobile services
Familiarity with the needs of OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers)
