Advanced Practice Provider - PA

Endeavor Health is actively recruiting experienced Emergency Department nurse practitioners and physician assistants to join our team. Physician Assistant Candidates:

Education:

Degree from an accredited physician assistant training program

Master's level training preferred.

Licensure and Certifications:

Current IL Physician Assistant License

Current DEA and Controlled Substance License

Current Certification as a physician assistant by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Current ACLS/PALS

Current CPR certification

Experience:

2 years of emergency medicine or IC experience as a PA

APN candidates must meet the following requirements:

Master's degree in nursing (MSN or MS)

Certification in area of specialty

Current ACLS/PALS

Current DEA

2 years Emergency Department experience or IC experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse

Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license

Current State of Illinois Advance Practice Nurse license and a collaborative practice agreement

Current CPR Certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Market Competitive Compensation - $78-80 per hour depending upon FTE
