We are searching for an experienced candidate for the position of Financial Analyst in our Loan Servicing Office. The loan servicing team is a small but mighty team working very closely together to administer the aspects of loans from the time the loans are disbursed until payoff. The Ohio Department of Developmentās portfolio of over 600 loans represents approximately 10 loan products offered by the Department.
Some of the Job Duties
Preparing amortization schedules using loan servicing CRM, Portfol
Process loan payments
Responding to loan maintenance requests
Monitor insurance coverage on collateral
Prepare payoff statements using loan servicing CRM, Portfol
Enter and update client information in loan servicing CRM, Portfol, and Salesforce
Prepares various reports on the status of loan products and repayment
Builds constructive working relationships between Development offices
30 months experience or 30 months training in accounting and/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 6 months experience or 6 months training in accounting and/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.
-Or 12 months experience as Financial Associate, 66561.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. NOTE\: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 months of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
