Job Title: Senior CRM Administrator
Department: IT
Reports to: Enterprise Architect
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior CRM Administrator to join our Scottsdale-based team and take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and confiburation. This role is critical to our digital transformation, requiring deep technical expertise in D365 configuration, deployment, strategy and design combined with a strong understanding of how to modernize legacy systems. You will collaborate with the offshore team and Enterprise Architect to design, develop, maintain, configure and deploy D365. You will contribute to architectural decisions, ensure best practices are followed, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Creating Solutions from Microsoft Dynamics for Customization
Creating, modifying, Dynamics Entities
Creating, modifying, FORMS, LIST, VIEWS
Designing and configuring Dashboard and Reports
Designing and configuring ROLES and GROUPS definition within Dynamics
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate with key business systems, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Square, DocuSign, Mailchimp, and Woodside Credit
Mentor developers and offshore team members, providing technical leadership and code reviews
Manage source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD processes using GitHub and Azure DevOps
Partner with product owners, UX, QA, and operations teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to ensure continuous delivery

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information System or related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM (D365) and enterprise
Deep expertise in leading D365 implementations teams leveraging agile/scrum practices
Integration experience with third-party platforms including Square, DocuSign, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
Proficient in Agile methodologies, GitHub, and Azure DevOps tools (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed development teams
Microsoft certifications are a strong plus
Working knowledge of Power Platform, and Business Central is highly desirable

Culture
Barrett-Jackson's culture is live and in-person. Team members are in the office 5 days per week, 8am to 5pm at the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. During live events the company largely travels together to produce and ensure each event is a success. This requires weekend work and long hours.
