WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable Account Management team to own strategy around growth and maintenance of assigned accounts.
Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable the Hospitality coordinator to ensure customer experience is elevated and consistent.
Strategize with Sales Manager and Chief Revenue Officer to align Account Management with overall sales strategy.
Lead Account Manager L10 in Traction Tools based on EOS platform.
Assist in material and strategy for quarterly or annual business reviews for account manager’s top accounts.
Update information in top account list for account management assigned accounts.
Identify ways to increase the company’s visibility and top-of-mind awareness.
Understand the marketplace, market segments, and maintain an awareness of the company’s competitors within key existing accounts.
Develop, monitor and own metrics around success in Account Management.
Maintain a current working knowledge of developments in the contract furniture industry and related products, applications, and design concepts.
Identify, develop, and grow consultative relationships with key contacts in our industry.
Own the Experience Center refresh and ROI resulting in tracking, reporting, and scorecard metrics.
Create scorecard and Lead team to track, analyze, and report results regarding sales activity, financial tracking, and accurate monthly sales activity within sales team.
Updating and delivering training tools required for the sales department.
Implementing solutions that streamline sales workflows within the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment of sales enablement efforts, attend same page meetings with operations, design, and project management.
Lead MillerKnoll L10 and own vendor relationship by evaluating MK forecast and tracking to goal.
Own strategy and metrics around Experience Center refresh resulting in 25% growth within 3 years
Implement Enterprise account strategies. Requirements:
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
10+ years of sales experience in commercial furniture, contract interiors, or related industries, with a focus on key account growth.
Proven leadership skills—experienced in managing teams, building culture, and driving results through others.
Strategic mindset with a track record of growing revenue, protecting margins, and expanding market presence.
Strong industry knowledge, especially within healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to executive clients and internal teams.
Analytical and data-driven, able to turn metrics into strategy and action.
Skilled negotiator, experienced in managing complex contracts and delivering mutual value.
Client-focused, with a history of building trusted relationships at the senior level.
Willingness to travel between offices, jobsites, and client locations as needed.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary range of: $75,000 – $110,000 with eligibility for additional bonus incentive. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
