Position Summary:

Unified Care Hospice is seeking a driven, compassionate Hospice Marketer to build meaningful relationships in the community, drive referrals, and increase awareness of our mission to provide comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. The ideal candidate has a passion for outreach, a strong understanding of healthcare networks, and the ability to communicate the value of hospice care with empathy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospice services within assigned territory.

Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies.

Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice philosophy, eligibility criteria, and services offered.

Conduct presentations, attend health fairs, networking events, and community meetings to represent the agency.

Track and analyze referral trends, territory growth, and market conditions.

Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless referral and intake processes.

Maintain CRM records, reports, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

Serve as a compassionate and knowledgeable representative of Unified Care Hospice in all outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospice, home health, or senior care.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of hospice regulations and eligibility requirements.

Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
