Steve Brown Apartments, a leader in Madison's rental market since 1980, is looking for driven yet humble professionals who want to join our team for a limited term.
What You'll Do.
As the face of our company's main office, you'll be the front line for receiving calls, greeting residents and business partners, making connections, handling mail and deliveries, and providing general support for the office. You'll also get to be part of our busy and fast-paced late summer move-in period, assisting with the August move-in and move-out period. No two days will be the same!
What It Takes.
You like being helpful, assisting others, meeting new people, and have a friendly nature. People who do best in this role are self-starters who are well-spoken, organized, outgoing, and genuine. You'll need to work well on a team, know how to stay organized, and provide excellent customer service. At least one year of experience in a job with high-demand customers and a little hustle (e.g., retail, restaurant, or hospitality) is required, as is a bachelor's degree.
When and Where We'll See You.
This full position is for the front desk of our Main Office, located in the heart of Downtown Madison. The Limited Term we're seeking is from July 7th - November 15th, working Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
