The client service associate is responsible for providing customer service in US and non-US equities, ADR conversions, arbitrage, fixed income, options, booking, settlement control through DTC and Euroclear, asset movements, wire input and approval, outgoing/ incoming transfers, margin requirements, corporate actions.

Responsibilities * Monitor client items settlement in our different platforms * Process and document all client LOA's * Process Client equity and fixed income trades * Process client options trades * Ensure matching and settlement of client trades * Ensure all average price and facilitation accounts remain empty * Correct any trade booking errors * Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues * Facilitate client special handling items * Trade review, booking and risk monitoring on Nasdaq ACT System Qualifications * Al least a minimum knowledge of finance * Advanced/fluent level of Spanish or Portuguese * Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure * Analytical and problem solving skills * Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience with them * Self-starter and independent thinker, and be able to adapt to a dynamic environment * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel #LI-Hybrid #LI-FS1
