Position Summary:

As our Termite Control Manager, youll oversee all aspects of our termite servicesfrom scheduling and inspections to treatments and team leadership. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who knows termite work inside and out and is ready to build a top-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train a small team of termite technicians

Perform and oversee termite inspections and treatments (liquid/barrier and baiting systems)

Schedule jobs, manage routing, and ensure timely service delivery

Monitor inventory and equipment needs

Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

Communicate with customers and resolve service issues professionally

What Were Looking For:

3+ years of termite control experience, with leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Sentricon and other termite treatment systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
