Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a self-driven, tech savvy individual to join our Global IT team at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.
The Global Digital Solutions Specialist is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure it functions effectively and meets organizational needs. This includes enhancing business operations, improving customer relations, and driving sales and marketing strategies. The role involves administering and configuring the CRM system, managing user access, customizing the system with objects and workflows, and creating reports and dashboards.
The Solutions Specialist will also collaborate closely with various teams to understand their requirements and implement solutions within the broader Wahl digital ecosystem. Additionally, this role will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies, ensure seamless integration with other tools, maintain data integrity, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
User management: Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels and perform routine security audits to ensure users are active and up-to-date
Data quality: Conduct regular data cleansing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This includes establishing a data hygiene program to ensure the system is free of duplicate, obsolete, and inaccurate customer data.
Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to help teams focus on revenue-generating and customer-success activities
Technical support: Provide technical support to Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales teams by assisting with the implementation of digital strategies, creating automations, and troubleshooting issues
Integration management: Coordinate, audit, and maintain platform integrations that align with Digital Operations initiatives and regional team needs
Customization: Customize digital platforms to fit the company's needs in ways that enhance platform functionality and are easily scalable to accommodate a growing global organization
Enablement: Provide training and guidance to regional users to promote overall platform efficiency and performance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot. This includes understanding how to configure, manage, and customize these platforms to align with business processes
Familiarity any of the following a plus: Adobe Commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salsify, Sprout Social, Digital Asset Management, and Learning Management Systems
Strong skills in data quality management, including regular data cleansing to avoid duplicates and ensure accuracy
Ability to streamline processes using automation tools and customize systems to meet specific business needs. This includes creating custom objects, fields, and workflows
Excellent communication skills to conduct training sessions, create user guides, and provide technical support to regional team members
Knowledge of best practices for system security, including regular reviews and updates of security settings
Strong project management skills to manage projects across multiple platforms and collaborating with various departmental teams
Ability to troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors when necessary
Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies to ensure systems remains effective and up to date
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred with a minimum of two years of work experience.
