Pay: $25–$30/hr depending on experience

Locations: Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Oshkosh, WI

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, potential overtime available.

What You’ll Do:

Construct building frameworks – walls, floors, roofs – using precise measurements and plans

Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Operate hand and power tools with skill and safety

Work as part of a professional crew on commercial job sites

Maintain high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experience

Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Your own hand tools and PPE

Reliable transportation to job sites

A solid work ethic and commitment to job site safety
